off inspections such

What is Infrared Thermography?
Infrared Thermography is the collection and analysis of radiated electromagnetic energy in the infrared portion of the electromagnetic spectrum using a thermal infrared imaging device. Different levels of this radiated energy from the scene viewed, are displayed as
different
colors on a video monitor. In simple terms, Infrared Thermography is the use of an infrared camera to view and detect abnormalities off the surface of objects. Once these observations are made, this information and patterns can be used to identify faults a and calculations can be made to confirm the various conditions such as internal/external system or structural issues, temperature and area. An experienced and qualified operator can take this information and patterns viewed (provided they have suitable knowledge of the components or systems they are looking at) and use this information to access the severity and report on the faults found. However we do not just use Infrared cameras to deliver or results, we often influence or "bring out" issues with the use of a range of specialized equipment such as large volume heating systems, cooling systems and pressure systems. We are also equipped with a range of custom equipment to enable the capture of
imagery
such long range remote operation systems, mast trucks, EWP's and
custom
high speed capture systems.
